Monachopsis is a 15-minute physical performance rooted in Carl Jung’s shadow theory — the idea that we all carry a hidden side shaped by suppressed instinct, desire and memory.

The piece is a visual and physical exploration of that shadow: a language of tension, reflection, and the attempt to reconcile with the parts of ourselves we not to see.

A quiet acknowledgment of what refuses to disappear.
